How is a Salon Profile view counted?
A Profile view is counted as a view when a visiting consumer clicks on the directory listing leading her to your Salon Profile. She can click as many times as she wants throughout your entire Salon Profile without you receiving any more costs for your Salon Profile view.
A consumer/future client only has the ability to click on your profile one time per day. This makes sure that a person is not purposely trying to rack up the amount of clicks are on your profile. Therefore eliminating over spending for your advertising budget.
How do I know how many clicks I am getting and that they are accurate?
All of our tracking comes from a third party company- 24/7 Inc.- which tracks views and clicks for the largest publishers in the world such as USA Today and The Wall Street Journal. The tracking is done by this outside firm and is provided to you in your “My Account” accessed through your username and password. This dashboard will track all your salon and team member profile views.
What if a Stylist in My Salon Team Area No Longer Works for Me?
If a stylist is no longer working for you, you may ‘detach’ their Stylist Profile from your Salon Team by clicking a box in your “My Account” webpage under the heading Team Members.
Why should I sign up to be a member on WhoDoesYourHair.com

What is the difference between a Salon Membership and an Individual Stylist/Booth Renter Membership?
A Salon Membership and a Stylist Profile do contain the same basic information, such as salon hours, products used, etc. But a Salon Memberships allows the salon owner to add team members to create their own profile that will then be linked with the salon profile. Individual Stylist Profiles do not have the ability.
Who can I contact if I have questions about WhoDoesYourHair.com?
You can either send an e-mail to Sarah@whodoesyourhair.com or call WhoDoesYourHair.com at (877)WHO-WDYH (946-9394) and ask to speak with Sarah.
How can I make sure I won't be spending too much?
Don't worry! We will be creating an area where you will be able to budget yourself. Similiar to other paid search directories, CitySearch or Google, you will be able to determine how much money you would like to spend each month. That way you will not be surprised by your bill at the end of each month.
Your profile will then become 'Invisible' on our search directory until the beginning of the next month. But if your clients or yourself type in your Unique Website Address, you will be able to view your profile.
How do you determine what is a click fee charge?
A click fee charge will come when a consumer searches from our search directory and they are sent into your profile. If the consumer is sent from inside the WhoDoesYourHair website into your profile, that is how you will get charged a click. That consumer can click anywhere inside your profile, once they are there, and you will not be getting charged additional fees.
Also, if a consumer, staff member or yourself enter in the Unique Website Address that WDYH has assigned you, into a web browser and it takes you directly to the profile. You will not get charged a fee.
You will only be charged when WhoDoesYourHair has sent them over. (Via search directory, special of the week, etc.)
